Chef Rob Evans of Hugo's Wins Best Chef Northeast Award
The James Beard Foundation (JBF) Awards are a crowning achievement for chefs and restaurants around the country. This year, one of Portland's best known chefs has been given his due - Rob Evans, chef and owner of Hugo's restaurant at 88 Middle Street in Portland, won the JBF award for Best Chef in the Northeast.
