Established in 1923, 2009-10 marks the organization's 85th anniversary season. Over the past few years, the orchestra has gone through a period of significant evolution with new administrative leadership and the 2008 appointment of a new Music Director - Maestro Robert Moody, the twelfth Music Director in the PSO's history.
